Resveratrol An Antioxidant That Can Change Your Life
You’ve heard how antioxidants can make you healthier, but did you know that there’s a powerful antioxidant that can change your brain chemistry so that you’re not only healthier ñ but happier? Superior antioxidant compounds are found in specific properties derived from plants and Resveratrol is no exception.
Resveratrol is extracted from grape seeds, peanuts, various berries, red wine and Japanese Knotweed ñ all advanced antioxidants that can be a boost to your health. Stories abound about the amazing effects that Resveratrol has had on people who thought the quality of their lives was over.

Other beneficial effects of Resveratrol are being studied, and preliminary reports show that it may keep cancer at bay. There’s more to come in the research being done, but meanwhile, there are Resveratrol supplements that can be purchased online or from health food stores.
The results of recent studies in mice indicate that Resveratrol not only prolongs their life, but dramatically improves their overall health. One study chronicled the lives of mice for 114 weeks of their lives and found that under one-third of the mice taking a Resveratrol supplement died, whereas over half the mice that did not take Resveratrol died.
Human studies are now being conducted on the beneficial effects of Resveratrol ñ but while we wait for the results, Resveratrol supplements are becoming widely used.
